STANDARD SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:

Please allow up to 4-7 business days to receive your order after your payment is cleared. Milk Xtensions will take 2 business days (not including weekends) to process your order. After 48 business hours processing it will take 2-4 business to receive your package, Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. All packages can be tracked At www.USPS.com.  orders placed after 5:00pm EST are considered placed the next business day.

In most cases we will ship your items before that. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

All orders will ship within approximately 2-3 business days once payment clears, depending on the shipping method you select. For orders placed prior 5pm (EST) will be processed that day, If placed after 5pm (EST) an additional day will be required for processing. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time, in addition to a signature upon delivery . If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).


RETURNS

We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. We inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product we currently are not accepting returns.

**Please note the photos of our hair are in their raw state and not altered, or they are stock photos. Therefore once the hair is washed it will differ from the photos online and you will have the desired texture you purchase. If you have any questions about textures, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase for assistance.
