WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following payment type for your protection and ours: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not have access to share your credit card information with anyone. Once you reach the checkout page and select the PayPal option, and click the "CONFIRM ORDER BUTTON", you will be redirected to PayPal where you will be able to complete the checkout process. Simply follow one of the options to pay with your credit card,
Important Notice: We ask that you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY MILK XTENSIONS ?
•Co-washing your virgin hair before installing is a very important step!When Co-washing, only use conditioner to wash the hair.After Co-washing allow the hair to hang and fully air dry.
•Use a very lightweight leave in conditioner and/or hair mist to protect against heat damage and frizziness. Use a product that is NOT Alcohol based and does not contain Sulfate.
As your hair experiences product buildup, please fix this problem by washing the hair with a Shampoo.
•For curly milk Xtensions Condition frequently. For best results. Detangle daily, (if necessary) using a detangling brush— starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots. Keep this hair in it’s natural state, if possible. For bedtime, the “Pineapple method” or a twist-out” is ideal to prevent tangling and matting
CAN I COLOR AND/OR BLEACH THE HAIR?
•Yes. This hair can be colored, bleached, straightened, and curled. It is recommended that you wash and condition it regularly after coloring. (use a deep hair repairing mask after (once every week. Treat this hair as if it is your own
•Once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin, and therefore we recommend that you color or process your Milk Xtensions hair by a professional.
HOW LONG WILL THIS HAIR LAST?
•With proper care, our hair Xtensions on bundles will last a year or longer. Lace closures usually last between 2-3 months. Because of the unique and delicate craftsmanship, lace frontals have a shorter life span of 4-6 weeks or 1-2 uses, and typically need to be re-applied and strictly maintained in order to get the full wear. Although versatile and flexible, Lace frontals are considered "temporary styles" due to the life span of the alice itself in comparison to a lace closure. To ensure that you our protecting your investment, Please treat your milk Xtensions like your own . Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Try to Avoid using heavy oil or heavy styling products as much as possible.
HOW MUCH HAIR WILL I NEED?
•For a full install, you will need 3 bundles if using lengths shorter than 22 inches. For hair measuring 22 inches and up, it is recommended to use 4 bundles or more. For lengths 30 inches and longer, you will need 4 bundles or more. When using a closure, between 3-4 bundles are recommended for a voluminous look although 3 bundles can complete the install. When using a lace frontal, between 3-4 bundles are recommended for a voluminous look although 2-3 bundles can complete the install.
DOES THE HAIR SHEDS?
•Any hair that has been manufacture to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal.
However sealing your wefts is always a great choice.
